Welcome to today’s Boxing Day fixture with Marlow FC where Dan Brownlie has announced his match day squad which includes the return of Nnamdi Nwachuku into his starting XI following a recent injury.
The forward was forced off after scoring a spectacular opener against Gloucester City in a game we ended up drawing 1-1. Nnamdi today faces his former club, Marlow, where he scored 26 goals in the 2021/22 season.
Curtis Angell makes his return to the squad today after missing our impressive midweek victory over Winchester City.
In the last few moments Sam Deadfield has been replaced by Aleks Kokoszka. Sam has sadly had to travel back home after reaching the ground for family reasons that he should rightly return home for.
Unfortunately, George Reid is unavailable as he serves a suspension.
Today’s opponents, Marlow, may field some familiar faces. Former Basingstoke player Mitchell Parker, who featured for us during the Camrose days, could line up against us. Joining him is treble-winning Stefan Brown, who makes his return this afternoon. Fans might also spot other familiar names from our previous clashes in the Isthmian League.
