What is a Community Club?

Basingstoke Town Community Football Club is a 100% fan owned club

By becoming a member, you are effectively a part-owner of our club. You as a Community Club Member can become part of it and have a voice and a vote on important club matters whilst also taking advantage of other member benefits.

We are a ‘not-for-profit community benefits society’ which means that all of the money that we make as a club is reinvested directly back in to the various areas of the club.

In addition, we run community-focussed initiatives which range from our full-time football and education Academy and pan-disability football sessions to working closely with several partners and local charities to make a real difference within the Basingstoke community.

What is a Community Club Member?

Since we started as a Community Club in 2017, we have had Community Club Members – these are the guardians who effectively are shareholders of our fan-owned club. Our members receive news and updates from the club throughout the season plus other benefits and an important voice in to the way the club runs. Our Members are really important to us as they are each entitled to a vote on important club matters, including who joins the Community Club board and other important club decisions.

Become part of something and be an important part in growing our club. Become a Community Club Member.
