New Signing: Bradley Wilson

Basingstoke Town are delighted to announce the signing of attacking player Bradley Wilson.

As a youngster, Bradley had stints with both Reading & Watford. His senior clubs include Met Police, Ashford Town and more recently Fleet Town.

Bradley joins us with an impressive scoring record, particularly in recent seasons.

Dan Brownlie said on the signing:

We’ve been aware or Bradley for a while now, but the timing of his availability has been perfect. He’s got bundles of energy, holds plenty of pace and he certainly knows where the goal is. Every winger has a habit of telling you that they can also play up top, but Bradley has the technical ability, endeavour and steeliness to do both roles.’

‘He’s had two good sessions with us this week to understand what we are about and meet the boys, all of whom have been impressed with him.’

‘We only want to sign players that are going to add to this squad and be effective. Brads has got plenty of technical ability but he’s also got plenty of heart – which as the winter comes in, we are undoubtedly going to need.’

Bradley will be available for tomorrow afternoons match versus Bristol Manor Farm.
