Ben Wright’s last gasp goal secured a draw against title chasers Met Police.
Dan Bayliss and Wright scored as Basingstoke came from behind twice to earn a point.
The away side had the first chance of the game as Jack Mazzone found himself clear in the box and his shot went wide.
Wright had the first chance for the home side as the ball dropped to him, but his volley was straight at the oppositions goalkeeper.
Metropolitan Police took the lead as Louis Birch shot deflected off Harry Pearse and looped over Chris Rackley.
Then Bayliss equalised. Wright’s free kick bounced off the bottom of the post and popped up to the defender who guided it home.
Pearse then on his weaker foot forced a good save from the goalkeeper.

Sam Deadfield had a good chance as the ball found him at the edge of the area, but his shot was blocked.
Then a dubious penalty was awarded and then scored by Mazzone.
Wright had another chance as he was found in the box by debutant Yvan Jourdan, but the forwards shot was blocked.
After impressive build up play, Everiss was found in the box and his near post shot was saved.
The late equaliser came as Pearse long range effort was blocked and the ball found its way to Wright. He flicked it over the onrushing goalkeeper.
