Inchcape Toyota become BTFC Community Partner

The club is pleased and excited to announce that Inchcape Toyota in Basingstoke has become a Community Partner for the 2017-18 season.

Inchcape Toyota in Basingstoke is one of a group of franchise car retailers that carry the Inchcape brand and that spans the UK, with decades of partnership with the Toyota car company. The branch has also been a sponsor of Basingstoke Town previously.

Andy Hollis, General Manager at Inchcape Toyota Basingstoke had this to say about the partnership:

I’m so happy to be working with Basingstoke Town Football Club again. I’m a keen sports fan and the move to community ownership is such a positive step to enable the club to move forward and become stronger and is an approach we are keen to get behind and support.

The partnership will see Inchcape provide the Community department of BTFC with a co-branded Toyota Hiace van, as pictured below.

Will Wilkinson, Volunteer Head of Digital & Marketing at BTFC comments:

The club relies on the generosity of local and national companies to provide facilities and capabilities that it could not otherwise afford – especially as we move to a community owed model. The van will enable the community team to visit more of the local community and reduce the need to use their personal vehicles to transport equipment around the town.

To maximise the partnership, Inchcape and Basingstoke Town FC will work closely together to spread awareness of the club and it’s community offerings, including joint presence at events in and around the town.
